Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch of Samples
– Samples are provided upon request and are chargeable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
– All samples are dispatched via registered courier or international logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex).
– Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes levied at the destination unless stated otherwise.
– Sample orders typically dispatch within 3–7 working days upon confirmation and payment.
2. Bulk Shipments (Commercial Orders)
– All commercial shipments are subject to Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or EXW) as mutually agreed in the Purchase Agreement or Proforma Invoice.
– Lead time for bulk orders is generally 15–30 business days, depending on product category and quantity.
– Hope Ventures Pvt Ltd will provide shipping documents including the Invoice, Packing List, HS Code, Certificate of Origin, and any required certifications (FSSAI, ISO, etc.).
– The buyer must inspect goods upon arrival and raise any issues within 7 calendar days of delivery.
3. Delivery Locations
We ship to most international ports and airport destinations. Specific delivery timelines and availability are based on shipping route, mode of transport (sea or air), and import regulations of the buyer’s country.
Returns & Claims Policy
1. Return of Goods
As per B2B trade norms, we do not accept returns for commercial shipments unless:
– The goods received are damaged in transit, or
– There is a substantial discrepancy in product specification (as agreed in writing prior to shipment)
Returns are only accepted after written approval from Hope Ventures Pvt Ltd and must comply with international return regulations and buyer’s local customs clearance.
2. Claims & Complaints
All claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving goods and must be supported by:
– Delivery documents
– Photographic/video evidence
– Third-party inspection (if applicable)
Hope Ventures Pvt Ltd reserves the right to inspect and validate all claims before any replacement or settlement is considered.
3. Refunds / Replacements (if applicable)
Where applicable and approved, the buyer may choose from the following remedies:
– Replacement shipment (part or full)
– Credit note adjustment for future order
– Partial refund, only if mutually agreed
Please note: Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
